After I placed my order, it couldn’t be dispatched immediately because the size and color I wanted were unavailable. When I received the email on Friday, I quickly replied, requesting to change to an alternative color/design. Little MeMe said the order would be shipped out the same day. However, after waiting three more days with no update, I had to email Little MeMe again to follow up. Finally, my parcel was shipped, but it took another two weeks to arrive (and I didn’t choose express shipping, even though I live in NT).

When my daughter tried the shoes on, she didn’t like them. I contacted Little MeMe again to request a return, but I have received no response so far.

I understand that the website states items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, but this policy doesn’t work in my situation. Even so, Little MeMe should have at least replied to my email if they couldn’t process the return request, instead of ignoring me completely.

Overall, I am disappointed with the experience and will not be purchasing from this website again. At least the shoes only cost $20.
